Augustin MUTABAZI is a Managing Director of JALI S.C PLC. Before joining JALI S.C PLC, he served as Board of Directors of JALI Investment Ltd, MISIC Former KVCS for One Year from 2017 to 2018.From 2003 to 2015, he was Senior Manager in ZIGAMACSS where he was respectively Assistant Operations Manager, Director of Administration and Human Resources, A.g. Credit Manager, Operations Manager and Member of Management Committee, Risk Manager. From 1992 to 2015 Military Officer in RDF. He worked also as Operations Manager of INTERSEC S. A from 1995 to 1996.He was teacher in secondary school from 1983 to 1986.He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from University of Rwanda and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA Project Management). He is highly experienced in Microfinance Institution and has many certificates from different training.

Grace UWANZIGA is a Branch Manager of JALI SC PLC.
Before, Grace UWANZIGA was Accountant from 2011 to 2016 and was the Manager of UMURENGE SACCO KABARORE from 2017 to 2020. She was Branch manager of BRAC MICROFINANCE RWANDA Kigali, Rwanda Kicukiro end September 2020 to 2021. She is also a Chairperson of Women Council RPF-INKOTANYI at Gatsibo District since 2018 until now. Grace UWANZIGA hold a Bachelor of business administration from East African University–Rwanda Kigali Specialized in finance. And is currently doing Masters Degree in Executive Business Administration (EMBA) at University of Kigali (UoK).
